Senior Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as a key link between business teams and IT by analyzing requirements, identifying solutions, and defining clear project scopes.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical specifications to ensure accurate translation of needs into actionable development tasks.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
• Evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality technology and product outcomes.
• Support the enhancement and maintenance of design systems, contributing to a consistent and seamless user experience across web projects.
• Simplify complex business challenges into clear, structured requirements and workflows.
• Conduct impact assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses for new features or enhancements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring requirements are well-understood and properly executed by development teams.
