This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes, gathering and refining business requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to communicate requirements effectively, facilitating discussions, and contributing to enhanced business outcomes.

• Experience in Business Analysis and ability to define business process solutions
• Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting Business Requirements
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights effectively
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Experience with process improvement frameworks and tools is preferred
• Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies and business analysis tools is an advantage
