Responsibilities
- Acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of requirements.
- Collaborates with internal customers and IT project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using appropriate tools, models, and methodologies.
- Participates in design sessions, providing inputs for moderate to complex software solutions.
- Translates non-technical business needs into detailed technical requirements for system development and implementation.
- Documents business challenges, requirements, and processes using strong analytical techniques and industry best practices.
- Conducts proactive research to recommend and align solutions with current best practices and organizational goals.
- Represents the Business Analysis function to drive continuous improvement in IT processes and delivery.
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and frameworks
- Experience working with IT architecture, strategy, and enterprise systems
- Sound knowledge of SQL for data analysis, querying, and validation
- High-level understanding of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications, processes, and technologies
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
