Senior Business Analyst

11 Years experience as a Business Analyst.

This role requires 5 Days work from Office in Coimbatore

Summary:

The Business Analyst serves as a link between our business stakeholders and the technical engineering team.

Responsibilities

Lead elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non functional requirements.

Create and maintain high-quality artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams.

Partner with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the development team has a steady stream of ready tasks for each sprint.

Facilitate communication between departments to resolve blockers, clarify specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope and timelines.

Work with the QA team to define test scenarios and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems, and translate them to system/application requirements/workflows.

Skills

Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

Expertise in developing requirements documentation, such as User Stories, System Requirements, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria

Ability to conduct necessary research and provide in-depth analysis to resolve production issues
