Role Description
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and recommending data-driven solutions. They will work closely with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring projects are executed strategically. This full-time role is on-site and based in Ahmedabad, requiring strong collaboration skills to drive effective communication between teams and align objectives with deliverables for impactful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process optimization
- Strong expertise in Business Analysis and Business Requirements management
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
