What You'll Do
- Develop functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (large scale)
- Lead team members and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements. Capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams
- Actively address issues; setting priorities when appropriate
- Lead production deployment planning
- Guide and mentor junior business analysts
- Serve as lead for system validations, running demos, and managing stakeholder expectations on delivery
- Serve as SME for ongoing stakeholder support with applications
- Understand best practice methodologies for providing solutions
- Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
What Experience You Need
- BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Diverse technology / program management background
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects end to end, keeping stakeholders updated and engaged throughout
- Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
