Senior Business Analyst

NOTE: We are seeking experienced professionals from the Indian Life Insurance domain to join our technology team as Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in end-to-end product and process development. We are looking for immediate joiners with 510 years of relevant experience. This is onsite opportunity for Bangalore location with 5 Days (Mon-Fri) work from office.

Skill Set :

Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products.

Deep Knowledge of Life insurance process (quote, underwriting,policy issuance, finance, claims). Expertise in any one of the processes is a must.

Hands-on experience with SQL and API Integration (added advantage)

In-depth Understanding of Java, microservices, and web services is an added advantage

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

Job Requirements :

Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.

Requirement elicitation and System solution designing.

Define the customer journey.

Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries.

Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.

Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development team
