This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, developing business processes, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with project goals. The role also includes providing actionable insights to improve decision-making, delivering comprehensive analysis for system improvements, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.

• Proven expertise in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide well-informed recommendations
• Strong Communication skills, with an emphasis on facilitating discussions and engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively
• Experience in designing and optimizing Business Processes to enhance organizational efficiency
• Comprehensive knowledge of eliciting and documenting Business Requirements to align with project and organizational objectives
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for requirements management and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with requirements lifecycle management solutions is an advantage
