The Business Analyst, role will lead the administration of core Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool Kantata (prev. Mavenlink). This platform is central to our management of customer contracts and projects and this role will include
Working cross-functionally to investigate and do analysis on system issues
Work Kantata enhancement queue and drive system changes.
Create JIRA Tickets for Kantata enhancements
System and operational workflow management Analysis and Investigation
Improve business processes through data driven decisions
Create Mavenlink Reporting and Dashboards
Provide User and Project Administration
Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Monitor project progress and resource utilization, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal allocation.
Provide regular reports and updates on resource utilization, project status, and staffing forecasts.
