Partner with the Sales team to conduct requirement discovery discussions and understand client goals, constraints, and success metrics.
Translate loosely defined problems into clear business and functional requirements, defining scope boundaries, assumptions, and risks.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to define solution approaches, validate feasibility, and support effort estimation and proposal preparation.
Contribute to client presentations, solution decks, and PoCs/demos where required.
Create structured artifacts such as requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and high-level solution summaries.
Prevent scope creep by setting clear expectations early and ensuring smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery teams.
Guide and mentor Business Analysts, Associate BAs, and interns, reviewing work and providing constructive feedback.
Take ownership of BA quality across opportunities and contribute to improving BA processes, templates, and best practices.
Apply a consulting mindset to problem-solving and client interactions, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout pre-sales and delivery.
Collaborate effectively with clients, sales teams, and engineers to drive successful outcomes.
