Senior Business Analyst, Business Application Management

Key Purpose

The Senior Business Analyst, Business Application Management is responsible for governing, delivering, and supporting SAP S/4HANA, GTS, GRC, MDG, and related enterprise applications across Asia Pacific. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable, and value-driven solutions while driving process improvement, digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern and manage SAP S/4HANA, GTS, GRC, MDG, and related enterprise applications in line with global standards and policies.
• Lead business analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Drive process standardization, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
• Manage SAP GRC activities, including access governance, SoD controls, compliance monitoring, and audit support.
• Champion digital transformation through automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and external partners to deliver successful projects and sustainable business value.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP implementation, application management, or support.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing SAP teams, projects, and support operations.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, GTS, GRC, MDG, and related enterprise applications.
• Proven experience leading regional or global SAP projects and stakeholder engagements.
• Strong governance, compliance, project management, and business partnering capabilities.
• Knowledge of automation, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
