Description

We are seeking a skilled Fusion HCM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective HR processes.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for end-users.
Perform system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

7-12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, especially Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
Experience with data migration and integration with other systems.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis for reporting purposes.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and end-users.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
