We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Back Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory reporting of trades and positions across global jurisdictions.
This role involves supporting the firm's regulatory obligations by performing reconciliations, investigating reporting breaks, remediating historical reporting issues, and strengthening controls and processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory backreporting of trades and positions across global jurisdictions
- Support the firm's regulatory obligations by performing reconciliations and exception management
- Investigate and resolve reporting issues, including historical breaks and data inconsistencies
- Strengthen controls and processes, including automation of manual backreporting activities
- Partner with Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to manage regulatory change and issue resolution
- Support testing, documentation, and data analysis for reporting enhancements and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in business analysis, reconciliations, and backreporting
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and regulatory reporting requirements
- Expertise in managing regulatory change and improving data quality
- Capability to partner with Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Understanding of controls and processes to reduce operational risk

- Familiarity with automation tools for manual backreporting activities
