Requirement: Senior Business Analyst, Avigna, Pune

Job Location: Pune, Baner. Work from Office, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Experience: 5-12 years

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong international client engagement experience and a background in enterprise software development. The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise solutions in an Agile environment.

This role also offers an opportunity to integrate AI capabilities into existing products, working closely with cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Create wireframes and functional specifications
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Demonstrate developed features to client teams
• Support AI integration initiatives within existing enterprise products

Requirements:

• 512 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong international client-facing experience
• Experience working closely with US clients will be an added advantage
• Experience working on Enterprise software development projects with team sizes of 10+ members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Agile software development
• Strong experience in transforming business requirements into functional specifications and software design
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Jira
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience conducting client demos and requirement walkthrough sessions
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently, Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams

Good to Have:

• Understanding of requirements related to IoT, Utilities, Connected devices
• Knowledge of Korean language will be an added advantage
