Business Analysis, Agile & Scrum Methodologies, Stakeholder & Client Management, Jira, Confluence, Agile Project Management Tools, Documentation, SDLC

Key Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients and delivery teams

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile execution

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria

• Manage and groom backlogs in Jira and Confluence

• Track sprints, risks, dependencies, and resolve blockers

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams

• Present progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders

• Drive process and workflow improvements

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master or Scrum support experience

• Exposure to CRM, workflow automation, or PowerApps

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
