About the Role: We are looking for a highly capable Senior Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between our data architecture and business strategy. In this role, you will go beyond pulling numbers; you will own end-to-end analytics tasks, build scalable data models, and manage stakeholder expectations with clear communication and reliable delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder & Task Management: Act as the primary liaison for business teams. Take full ownership of analytical requests, provide highly accurate ETAs, and maintain a strong track record of quick responsiveness and reliability.
- Metric Ownership: Be an integral part of the pod strategy by identifying, defining, and tracking key business and product metrics. Monitor performance trends and perform deep-dive root cause analyses when metrics fluctuate.
- Insight Generation: Translate fuzzy business problems into concrete analytical statements. Own the entire analysis phase to prove or disprove hypotheses, providing unbiased, data-backed answers.
- Strategic Influence: Move beyond simple data extraction. Present compelling, evidence-based narratives to Product, Business, and Operations stakeholders to drive data-driven interventions and decisions.
- Advanced Data Extraction: Write complex, highly optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data from relational databases.
- Dashboarding & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) that empower business leaders to make data-driven decisions.
- Data Modeling & ETL Pipeline Support: Design logical data models and collaborate on ETL processes to ensure raw data is accurately transformed and structured optimally for downstream reporting.
- Strategic Insight: Translate complex technical data into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a heavily data-centric role.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL (including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization).
- BI Expertise: Strong hands-on experience building intuitive, high-performance dashboards in modern BI tools.
- Data Architecture Fundamentals: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL workflows, and data modeling techniques (e.g., Star Schema).
- Exceptional Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable saying no when necessary, negotiating timelines, and explaining technical constraints simply.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to independently troubleshoot issues, manage your own project queue, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
