Braze Solution Architect

Role:
Design and manage customer engagement solutions using Braze to improve customer experience and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the Braze platform
- Define customer data (events, segments, attributes)
- Integrate Braze with tools like Segment, mParticle, and Snowflake
- Build and manage customer campaigns and journeys
- Run A/B tests and personalize campaigns
- Track performance and optimize campaigns
- Work with engineering teams on APIs and integrations
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Martech / CRM / customer engagement platforms
- Hands-on experience with Braze
- Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and SQL
Good to Have:
- Experience with CDPs and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Understanding of lifecycle marketing and personalization
