Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Braze Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of customer engagement solutions. This role focuses on building scalable, data-driven, multi-channel engagement systems that enhance customer retention and drive revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture- Design, implement, and manage Braze architecture across multiple environments
- Define customer data models including events, attributes, and segmentation strategies
- Build scalable frameworks for multi-channel customer engagement
Data Integration- Integrate Braze with CDPs such as Segment or mParticle
- Work with data warehouses like Snowflake
- Implement APIs, SDKs, and event-driven pipelines
- Ensure data quality, governance, and identity resolution
Campaign & Journey Management- Design and implement customer journeys using Braze Canvas
- Develop lifecycle, triggered, and behavioral campaigns
- Execute A/B testing and personalization strategies
Analytics & Optimization- Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance
- Integrate analytics platforms such as Amplitude and Mixpanel
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
Engineering & Delivery- Collaborate with engineering teams for backend integrations
- Support implementation using APIs, webhooks, and SDKs
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance
Governance & Compliance- Implement security, access control, and best practices
- Integrate identity platforms such as Okta or Auth0
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in Martech / CRM / Customer Engagement platforms
- Hands-on experience with Braze implementation and architecture
- Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven systems
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with CDPs (Segment, mParticle) and analytics tools
- Exposure to lifecycle marketing and personalization strategies
- Consulting experience or working with cross-functional stakeholders
