Job Title: Social Media Strategist/ Brand Strategist

Location: Civil Lines , Jaipur

Work Mode : Onsite

Timings - 11am to 7 pm [ 2nd saturday is WFH , 4th saturday is off ]

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Strategist at Trumpet Media in Jaipur. You will be responsible for overseeing creative direction, developing creative strategies, defining brand strategies, conducting research, and writing compelling content to engage audiences and drive engagement on social handles for our clients.

Strategic Thinking and Research

  • Brand positioning Understanding how to define and differentiate a brand in the market.
  • Campaign planning Ability to create campaign blueprints from concept to execution aligned with brand objectives.
  • Research - Ability to do market research and competition research

  • Trends awareness Keeping up with cultural, digital, and industry trends to keep strategies relevant.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Client communication Translating client briefs into strategic plans; presenting ideas persuasively.
  • Creative briefs Writing clear, inspiring briefs for design, copy, video, and digital teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration Working with designers, writers, marketers, media buyers, etc., to align vision and execution.
  • Feedback & iteration Giving and receiving creative feedback constructively.

Tool & Platform Knowledge

  • Creative tools Knowledge of Canva is a must
