Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Strategist who lives at the intersection of human psychology, brand storytelling, and digital culture. You are not just a deck builderyou are an architect of consumer experiences.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of taking consumer-first brands from a blank page to a full-scale market presence. You must deeply understand the modern content ecosystem, knowing how to balance big brand moments with the high-velocity demands of social-first content.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Orchestration: Lead the strategic lifecycle of a project from initial client discovery and white space identification to final creative execution and performance analysis.
  • Consumer-First Insight: Mine for human truths using social listening, primary research, and cultural ethnography to build brands that people actually care about.
  • Creative Briefing & Direction: Translate complex business problems into inspiring, simple, and sharp creative briefs. You will act as the north star for creative teams throughout the production process.
  • Content Ecosystem Strategy: Design multi-platform content engines. You understand the nuance between TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, and can define the right vibe and format for each.
  • Client Partnership: Act as a high-level advisor to consumer first brands, defending bold strategic pivots and proving the ROI of brand-building efforts.
  • Trend & Tech Fluency: Stay ahead of the speed of culture, identifying which trends are worth chasing and which shifts in the content industry (e.g., Creator Economy, AI-driven content) represent real opportunities for our clients.

The Requirements

  • 4+ Years of Agency/Brand Experience: You have managed major accounts and have a portfolio of work that shows you've been in the room for big decisions.
  • Full-Lifecycle Experience: You must be able to demonstrate multiple examples of campaigns you built from scratch and saw through to execution.
  • Consumer-First Expertise: Direct experience working with consumer first brands. You understand the path to purchase and the emotional triggers of modern consumers.
  • Content Mastery: You possess exceptional understanding of the content industry, including creator partnerships, community-led growth, and platform-native storytelling.
  • The Maker Mindset: While you are a senior leader, you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty in a deck or a brainstorm to ensure the work is excellent.
