We're looking for a Senior Brand Strategist who can think big, move fast, and craft powerful brand narratives. This role demands someone who understands consumer psychology, digital culture, and integrated marketingand can turn insights into high-impact campaigns and pitch-winning ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Insight Development
- Build holistic brand strategies across digital and integrated platforms.
- Develop consumer insights, brand positioning, and communication frameworks.
- Conduct competitive analysis, trend mapping, and market research.
Creative Ideation
- Lead brainstorming sessions and shape campaign concepts with creative teams.
- Translate brand objectives into actionable creative briefs.
- Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies.
Client Leadership
- Work closely with business, creative, media, and influencer pods.
- Present strategies, narratives, and pitch decks with strong storytelling.
- Manage multiple brands and ensure strategic consistency.
Pitch & Innovation
- Lead strategy for new business pitches.
- Identify emerging trends, platforms, and consumer behavior shifts.
- Drive innovative, culturally relevant brand solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1.5- 2 years in strategy, digital marketing, or agency-side brand planning.
- Strong storytelling and deck-building skills (must have).
- Deep understanding of digital culture, social platforms, and content ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to think strategically while moving quickly.
- Analytical mindset with creative sensibility.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with integrated campaigns and influencer ecosystem.
- Familiarity with brand frameworks, consumer psychology, and semiotics.
- Trendspotting and cultural insight experience.
