Roles & Responsibilities:
- Social Media
- Own and uphold the brand image and voice for Vianaar and The Blue Kite across all digital platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end management of:
- Instagram: content planning, posting schedules, stories, bios, creative direction, collaborations, and communication.
- LinkedIn: content ideation, posting, leadership communication, and profile optimization.
- Ensure platform-wise consistency in messaging, design language, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee regular Online Reputation Management
2. Creative & Collateral Management
- Lead the creation, review, and quality control of all external and internal communication collaterals, including:
- Websites, brochures, WhatsApp communications, emailers, blogs, books, handover kits, newsletters, festive greetings, and Vianaar App content.
- Conceptualize themes and work with the design team in Goa for design requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison with all external agencies, designers, writers, and creative partners.
3. Photoshoots, Visual Direction & Asset Planning
- Develop and approve photoshoot concepts, moodboards, and visual guidelines ensuring alignment with each project's design language and brand tone.
- Oversee shoot execution and ensure delivery of high-quality assets for digital, print, and PR use.
- Ideate and work on reference decks for social media shoots for The Blue Kite.
4. SEO-Driven Blog Strategy & Content Oversight
- Oversee the SEO blog strategy for both Vianaar and The Blue Kite, ensuring topics align with brand pillars, search priorities, and business goals.
- Review all blog content to ensure:
-Accuracy
-SEO effectiveness
-Brand tone and narrative consistency
-High-quality storytelling that reflects the design philosophy and lifestyle positioning
5. PR, Awards & Influencer Strategy
- Identify PR opportunities, including thought-leadership stories, design features, and relationship-building with key media houses.
- Drive nominations and submissions for industry awards, juries, and event collaborations that amplify brand presence.
- Build and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand ethos and measurable impact.
6. Website Content & Project Write-ups
- Oversee development of architectural and project write-ups for the Vianaar website, ensuring clarity, emotional depth, and alignment with the design philosophy.
- Maintain consistency of tone, storytelling, and visual language across digital touchpoints.
7. Sustainability Integration Across Brand Communication
- Embed sustainability messaging organically across all communication channels.
- Conceptualize initiatives and content pieces that reinforce Vianaar's sustainability-led development philosophy.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, sales, design, and operations teams to maintain a unified brand direction.
- Provide strategic insights on campaigns, launches, partnerships, and client experience initiatives.
- Mentor internal team members to elevate content quality, design discipline, and brand consistency.
