We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to lead new product development (NPD), product scaling, and brand growth in the D2C space. The ideal candidate is not only analytical and creative but also enthusiastic about building products, exploring new markets, and embracing challenges that come with scaling consumer brands. This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a drive to innovate, and the ability to turn insights into impactful strategies.

Brand Marketing Core Responsibilities

  • Own and build the brand strategy aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns across digital, offline, and social channels
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Drive product storytelling and brand narratives for launches and scaling products
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, PR)

Product & Growth Focus

  • Work closely with Product, Growth, and Category teams on product scaling initiatives
  • Support new product launches, GTM strategy, and positioning
  • Translate consumer insights into strong value propositions
  • Track brand impact on acquisition, retention, and conversion

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Conduct consumer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
  • Monitor brand health metrics: awareness, consideration, recall, NPS
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns and messaging

Digital & Performance Alignment

  • Partner with performance marketing teams to align brand + performance goals
  • Manage content strategy across social, influencer marketing, and creators
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using data and analytics

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Manage creative, media, and PR agencies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Design, Sales, Ops)
  • Ensure timely execution and quality output

Budget & Planning

  • Own brand marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and optimization
  • Plan annual and quarterly brand roadmaps

Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in Brand Marketing (D2C / FMCG / E-commerce preferred)
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and execution skills
