Looking for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Brand manager to lead brand strategy across our Fitness and Product verticals . This role is responsible for shaping how millions experience and engage with the Cult.fit brand both online and offline.

This is a high-ownership role for someone with a deep understanding of brand building, a strong affinity for fitness and wellness, and the ability to influence through both strategic thinking and creative execution.

Role

  • Build and execute long-term strategies to strengthen cult's brand equity, working closely with marketing leadership and aligning initiatives with the vision of making 100 million Indians active.
  • Leverage consumer insights to craft compelling narratives that drive campaign ideas, and support growth of fitness service offerings.
  • Lead brand performance tracking by introducing best practices in brand health measurement, optimizing metrics, and ensuring actionable insights drive decision-making.
  • Co-own the objective of communication excellence with the creative team, with high quality briefing processes and clarity on marketing message hierarchies.
  • Define and execute an efficient media strategy and mix, ensuring maximum ROI across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Conceptualize and manage high-impact brand events, activations and brand partnerships to amplify cult's positioning as a community first brand that's making fitness easy, fun and accessible.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and delivering initiatives that inspire and engage the audience.

This could be you

  • You have 7-9 years of professional experience in brand management, with a proven track record of brand ownership in a consumer lifestyle category (e.g., fitness, FMCG, apparel, health & wellness).
  • You have strong expertise in developing and executing campaigns, managing media spends, and measuring brand performance.
  • You bring a strategic mindset and the ability to translate vision into action.
  • You excel at communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management, inspiring confidence and collaboration.
  • You have a data-driven approach to decision-making and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
