- Formal degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldgraph
- 610+ years of experience leading brand identity projects across industries
- Proven track record of translating complex business challenges into effective brand systems
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with experience pitching to senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of design strategy, visual systems, and typography
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and awareness of AI design tools and emerging trends
- Experience managing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams
