Senior Brand Designer

Location: Pune or Kolkata

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Schedule: Mon to Fri, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (flexible)

Role Overview

You will take the lead on brand design projects, shaping strong visual identities and guiding younger designers. The role requires strategic thinking, storytelling ability, and polished presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Create and lead brand design projects aligned with client goals

Present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams

Guide and mentor junior designers to maintain creative quality

Deliver high standards in visual design, storytelling, and brand strategy

Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems, brand worlds, and storytelling

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Procreate (or similar tools)

Leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
