Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Branch Relationship Officer based in Muzaffarpur, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The position involves managing and strengthening relationships with clients and business partners, providing financial guidance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, achieving sales targets, and offering tailored financial solutions to meet customer needs. The Senior Branch Relationship Officer will act as a key representative for the company, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction, while contributing to the branch's overall success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Finance and proficiency in providing relevant financial guidance
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability in Sales and achieving business targets
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial services or MSME sectors is a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel to customer locations
