Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Branch Relationship Officer at Archbridge Capital Pvt Limited, located in Muzaffarpur. The role requires managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new clients. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, promoting financial products, collaborating with team members, and achieving sales and performance targets. The role offers flexibility, allowing some work-from-home arrangements while primarily based in the Muzaffarpur branch.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management to build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients
- Solid understanding of Finance and financial products and services
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client queries and concerns
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and achieving targets
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services or customer-facing roles is an advantage
