Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Branch Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. As a Senior Branch Manager, you will oversee branch operations, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure smooth functioning of all banking services. Key responsibilities include leading the branch team, driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities, meeting financial targets, and nurturing client relationships while upholding the bank's mission.

• Proficient in banking products and services, compliance regulations, and financial operations
• Experience with business development, sales strategies, and driving branch profitability
• Critical thinking, organizational skills, and ability to manage operations and reporting requirements efficiently
• Proven track record in a managerial role within the banking or financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
