Senior Boiler Service & Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair: Perform both routine and complex maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on boiler systems and related equipment like pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure all work and systems comply with safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and promote safe work practices.
• Inspections and diagnostics: Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal performance and to identify areas for improvement. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Leadership and mentorship: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all maintenance, repairs, inspections, and operational data.
• Collaboration: Work with other engineers, maintenance teams, and departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless integration of boiler systems with overall facility operations.
• System optimization: Analyze operational data and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
