Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of BIM modeling workflows and model development for the respective discipline such as Architecture, Structural, or MEP.

• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modeling standards, and agreed Levels of Development (LOD) across all project phases.

• Lead design coordination activities within the federated model environment.

• Facilitate clash detection, issue tracking, and timely resolution across disciplines.

• Monitor and review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, quality, and constructability.

• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve interface issues and maintain design integrity.

• Support project teams in achieving BIM deliverables within deadlines and quality standards.

• Manage collaboration between internal and external stakeholders involved in BIM processes.

• Mentor and guide junior BIM team members and provide technical leadership when required.

• Ensure implementation of best practices related to BIM workflows, information management, and model governance.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering in the relevant discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Design or Construction.

• Hands-on experience working on BIM projects, with at least 3 completed projects, preferably major or large-scale projects.

• Strong understanding of engineering design processes and information management systems.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage teams, collaboration, coordination, and clash resolution.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementing 4D / 5D BIM workflows.

• Knowledge of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) applications in BIM.

• Experience in delivering BIM-related training and learning sessions.

• BIM certification aligned with ISO 19650 standards.
