Job Title: Senior BIM Architect

Job Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior BIM Architect to lead and manage BIM processes for USA-based architectural projects. This role requires deep technical expertise in BIM modeling, coordination, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on adherence to U.S. standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of BIM professionals, overseeing quality control, and optimizing project workflows to ensure the highest level of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, management, and quality control of BIM models in Autodesk Revit in compliance with USA project standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BIM specialists to ensure effective project execution and technical excellence.
• Conduct rigorous QA/QC reviews to maintain model accuracy and consistency with established standards.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination, identify and resolve design conflicts through clash detection using Navisworks.
• Prepare and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Level of Development (LOD) frameworks, and project-specific workflows.
• Enhance and streamline BIM workflows and model performance through automation and best practices.
• Liaise with international clients and project stakeholders, delivering consistent communication and project reporting.
• Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies, USA BIM standards, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks for BIM modeling and coordination.
• Comprehensive understanding of U.S. architectural codes, building standards, and documentation requirements.
• Experience with BIM 360 and other collaborative project management platforms (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on quality assurance and design validation.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with global teams and clients.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and optimize workflows.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with USA-based projects and BIM standards.
• Professional certifications in Autodesk Revit/BIM (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work from Dehradun, Uttarakhand
