Senior BIM Architect / Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM Architect/Project Manager, located in Gurugram, India. The Senior BIM Architect/Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of BIM processes for design and construction projects. Responsibilities include managing architectural and BIM deliverables, preparing and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, leading project teams, submitting project documentation, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards. Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients will be a key component of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Architecture, including design and project management.
• Thorough understanding and experience in creating Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related tools and processes.
• Experience in managing and preparing Submittals for various project stages.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise project teams effectively across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of design and construction standards, codes, and best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• PMP certification or relevant project management experience is a plus.
