Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Bid Manager. The Senior Bid Manager will lead the end-to-end management of bids. They will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure bids meet customer specifications, deadlines, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with industry and organizational requirements. Responsibilities will also include developing strategies for competitive bids and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bid Management
• Strong expertise in Tenders and Bid Management Processes
• Ability to manage multiple bid projects while adhering to tight timelines
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in the railway or infrastructure industry is desirable
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field (Master's degree is a plus)
