IT Bench Sales / New Business Development Manager

Building relationships with other staffing vendors to place bench consultants
Promoting consultant profiles through LinkedIn, vendor lists, and partner networks
Managing consultant pipelines and redeployments
Negotiating rates and coordinating submissions
Experience working with US-based consultants and clients is required.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and expanding Webilent's client relationships across enterprise IT organizations.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Bringing new IT clients to Webilent through existing relationships and proactive prospecting
Generating contract and direct hire staffing opportunities
Partnering closely with Webilent's recruiting team to deliver top IT talent
Understanding client hiring needs and providing strategic workforce solutions
Managing client relationships and identifying expansion opportunities
