Senior Bartender

• Responsible for keeping the bar area clean and organized. This includes cleaning glasses, utensils and bar equipment, as well as wiping down counters and workstations.

• Support the bar team in opening and closing the bar for service.

• Help with ingredient and garnish preparation, ensuring adequate par levels.

• Maintain the required inventory of products, ingredients, garnishes, and ice at the bar.

• Responsible for proper handling and disposal of empty bottles, cans, and any waste materials.

Requirements

• Freshers willing to work and learn in a bar can apply. However, work experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

• Knowledge of beverages is beneficial.

• Adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards is a must.

• Effective teamwork and excellent communication skills

• Can work well within a team.
