Role Description

The Senior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key tasks include overseeing daily operations, training junior baristas, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves engaging with customers, providing recommendations, and handling any concerns or feedback with professionalism. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru North.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista and Food Preparation skills, including experience in creating a wide range of beverages and maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to ensure a welcoming environment for patrons and seamless team collaboration.
• Proficient in Communication to effectively interact with customers and provide training to junior staff members.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience in a leadership or senior barista role is a plus.
