As we scale, we're looking for a
Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to build and optimize our AI-powered platform and work at the intersection of AI, big data, and scalable systems.
This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours but requires mandatory overlap from 8 AM - 12 PM PST to collaborate with our U.S. teams.
Requirements
- Build & optimize APIs for AI/ML-powered applications
- Design scalable architectures for processing large-scale AI data
- Integrate AI models into production for real-time analytics
- Work with NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) for efficient data management
- Ensure security & compliance for AI-driven applications
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to streamline workflows
Optimize performance for AI-powered insights and automation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong backend programming skills (Python, Node.js)
- Experience with cloud platforms & serverless computing. (NoSQL)
- Expertise in API handling and development
- Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines and model deployment, version control (Git)
- Security best practices for AI applications
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- System Architecture | Threading | Cursor | Open Ai API
- Experience with Agentics, Amazon Bedrock
- Exposure to LLMs & Generative AI models
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Prior experience working in a startup is a plus
