JOB ROLE: Senior Backend Developer

Experience Level: 6-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer to lead backend architecture and service development for onboarding workflows, secure API systems, and transaction-safe integrations in a banking-grade environment. This role requires strong technical ownership, clean architecture thinking, and the ability to mentor teams while building highly secure and scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Node.js microservices using clean architecture principles.
• Build secure API layers with RBAC/ABAC controls, rate limiting, and proper access governance.
• Implement immutable audit logging systems aligned with regulatory standards.
• Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis implementations.
• Develop event-driven producers and consumers for onboarding lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with banking and fintech security best practices and audit requirements.
• Mentor backend developers and provide support for L2 production issues.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js with TypeScript (Express or NestJS).
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience in API design, idempotency handling, and distributed tracing.
• Ability to build scalable, secure, and production-grade backend systems.
