Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud & Migrations)

RVS iGlobal is expanding its Modern Workplace & Cloud Engineering team in India. We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Migration Project Engineer with proven, real-world experience in designing and delivering complex Microsoft 365 migration projects.

This role is ideal for hands-on engineers who enjoy solving deep technical challenges, optimizing migration strategies, and working within enterprise-grade environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect Microsoft 365 migration solutions and project plans

Lead and execute tenant-to-tenant and on-premises to Microsoft 365/Azure migrations

Plan and deliver Exchange Online migrations, including hybrid configurations and mailbox transitions

Migrate SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams environments, including data, sites, and permissions

Troubleshoot complex identity, compliance, infrastructure, and integration issues

Manage Azure AD / Entra ID identity synchronization and domain consolidation

Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless, minimal-downtime transitions

Provide cutover planning and post-migration support

Contribute to automation initiatives, best practices, and internal knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience

End-to-end expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant migrations

End-to-end experience migrating on-premises systems to Microsoft 365 and Azure

Strong hands-on experience with:

oExchange Online & Hybrid Configuration

oMailbox migrations

oSharePoint Online migrations

oMicrosoft Teams migrations

Deep understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID, identity synchronization, and domain consolidation

Experience with migration tools such as BitTitan, Quest, SkyKick, or similar platforms

Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and application layers

Experience working directly with customers on planning, execution, and post-migration support

Ability to manage multiple migration workstreams in enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100/101, MS-102, Azure certifications)

Experience with automation (PowerShell scripting, migration automation frameworks)

Exposure to compliance and governance considerations within Microsoft 365

Experience Required

68 years of overall IT experience

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 migrations

Demonstrated experience delivering multiple end-to-end tenant-to-tenant and/or on-premises to cloud migration projects

Experience working in enterprise environments with 500+ users preferred
