Situation-

Our current Azure environment presents several challenges that we need to address

before successfully migrating to the new YODL/Website platform:

* Feed Complexity: The number of data feeds has grown significantly, creating

redundancy and inefficiencies.

* Access & Governance: Past employees email addresses remain attached to Azure

feeds, raising concerns around security, governance, and compliance.

* Over-Engineering: The current Azure setup may be more complex than necessary,

leading to higher maintenance costs and slower adaptability.

Objective

We are seeking a solution partner who can help us simplify and optimize this environment,

ensuring clean governance and streamlined operations. This will build confidence and

provide a strong foundation for our planned migration to the new YODL/Website platform.

Responsibilities

* Document the current Azure account structure, including all resources,

configurations, and dependencies.

* Cleanup and organize not in use services, systems and databases.

* Provide expert advice on managing Azure resources, including App Services,

Application Insights, and App Service Plans.

* FIX the data piepline issues between Azure and Zoho (ie the wrong provincial

address, we need to fix data factory and pipeline)

* Optimize pipelines and services for best practices.

* Access people roles and access. Streamlines the security.

* Develop and implement strategies to optimize Azure account performance,

scalability, and cost-eGiciency.

* Analyze resource usage and recommend adjustments to improve resource

allocation and reduce waste.

* Assist in setting up and managing action groups, smart detection rules, and metric

alerts for proactive monitoring.

Qualifications-

* Proven experience as an Azure administrator or architect with at least 3-5 years in

cloud management.

* In-depth knowledge of Azure services such as App Service, Azure Cache for Redis,

Application Insights, Azure AI Foundry, AI Hub, AI Project, Azure Machine Learning,

and Azure Data Factory (including Pipelines, Change Data Capture, Datasets, Data

flows, and Power Query).

* Strong understanding of resource grouping, tagging, and cost management tools

within Azure.

* Experience with Terraform configurations and managing multi-service accounts.

* Excellent documentation and communication skills to advise stakeholders

eGectively.

* Certification in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) is

highly desirable.

* Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex Azure environments.

* Know well SQL Server and pipelines.

Preferred Skills-

* Familiarity with network security groups, private endpoints, and network watcher

tools.

* Experience with managed identities and search services in Azure.

* Strong written and oral communication.

* Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines within Azure.
