Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, automating deployment workflows, and creating robust continuous integration pipelines. As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize software development processes, oversee system administration tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Qualifications/Skills
- 7 years or more of industry experience as a DevOps Egnineer in a product company.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members to deliver efficiently
- Tools and Technologies:
- Git, Docker, Kubernetes
- Advanced knowledge of the Linux Ecosystem
- Amazon Web Services (Mainly EC2, EKS, RDS)
- Golang and Bash
- Experience with Microservices and REST APIs
- PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Temporal
- Experience in implementing and owning the entire Observability stack for a small scale setup. Experience with DataDog,Signoz and OpenTelemetry is a plus.
- Understanding of application security, scalability, availability and other non-functional requirements
- Responsibilities
- Work with product and technology teams to implement and maintain the DevOps infrastructure for the organization
- Maintain and ensure SLAs for the we360 infrastructure
- Develop various user-end utilities and tools for the product
- Contribute to our backend applications for the product while adhering to the organisational goals and practices
- Ensure non-functional aspects of the product such as security, availability, stability, auditing, compliance etc.
- Handle all SRE activities for services owned by the team
- Assist in review and feedback cycle for various applications owned by the team
- Help in the growth of the company with your skill-set/experience and voluntarily contribute to vertical and horizontal growth of the organisation
