Role Summary
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer Flow Specialist to design and implement scalable, reusable, and high-performance Flow-based automation solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role emphasizing Flow-first architecture, with Apex used only when platform limitations require custom logic.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced Record-Triggered, Screen, and Autolaunched Flows
- Build reusable subflows and standardized automation templates
- Architect scalable multi-object orchestration solutions
- Optimize performance and prevent recursion issues
- Implement robust fault handling and retry mechanisms
- Integrate Salesforce with AWS via REST APIs and Platform Events
- Lead technical reviews, quality gates, and deployment readiness
- Manage defect triage and production support
- Mentor developers on Flow best practices, naming standards, and documentation
- Collaborate with architects and product owners on scalable solution design
Must Have
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong delivery ownership and leadership exposure
- Expert-level experience in Salesforce Flow architecture
- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
- Deep understanding of:
- Sharing model & security architecture
- CRUD/FLS permissions
- Data integrity best practices
- Governor limits & performance tuning
- Experience with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills (US stakeholder-facing)
Good to Have
- Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services:
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- EventBridge
- Basic Apex knowledge for:
- Edge-case extensions
- Integration wrappers
- Custom exception handling
- Exposure to event-driven architecture patterns
- Experience with DevOps Center or similar deployment tools
