  • Your role in our mission
  • Perform vital testing, troubleshooting, and analysis of application software for complex technical projects.
  • Design, develop, implement, maintain, and monitor critical test processes.
  • Gather requirements for testing, develop executable test cases, and help distribute workload across a team of test engineers.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with others to analyze requirements, confirm, establish, and communicate defect-causing problems to the right stakeholders.
  • Assist in writing proposals to recommend process and programs for clients based on system capability assessments performed.
  • Help prepare estimates for performing various activities defined in the test plan.
  • What we're looking for
  • 10+ years of experience in delivering multiple testing services to complex projects.
  • Knowledge in testing analysis and design, functional and performance models, and test specifications to evaluate and validate test cases and scripts.
  • Knowledge of healthcare functional areas, including familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare technologies and modules.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to work with and present to clients, support personnel, and management.
  • A leader who motivates others to action and communicates key technical ideas in a digestible way.
  • What you should expect in this role
  • Manual Testing: Verify the functionality of software and ensure it meets business requirements and quality standards.
  • Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automation scripts for regression and functional testing using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
  • Database Testing: Validate and verify the integrity and consistency of data across different systems, write and execute SQL queries for data validation, and ensure data accuracy and business logic.
  • Web Service Testing: Conduct testing using tools like Soap UI and Postman to validate APIs (both RESTful and SOAP), ensuring they function correctly and meet performance requirements.
  • Accessibility Testing: Ensure the product adheres to WCAG guidelines and is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
  • Claims Module Knowledge: Good work experience in Claims module QNxt (added advantage).
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  • Create, manage, and execute test cases, ensuring sufficient coverage of both manual and automated tests.
  • Identify, report, and track defects using Jira or other defect management tools.
  • Contribute to the creation of testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and reports.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment, working closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure testing efforts align with project timelines and requirements.
  • Continuously improve the testing process by identifying opportunities for test automation, efficiency gains, and improving overall quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in automation, testing, and accessibility.
