Key Responsibilities:

Data Platform Development: Build fault-tolerant, resilient batch/streaming pipelines.
AI/Agentic Integration: Enable data products for LLMs, copilot systems, multi-agent workflows.
Data Modeling & Governance: Conceptual, logical, physical modeling; ensure high-quality, discoverable data.
Business Enablement: Translate business requirements into analytics solutions; provide insights to business units.
Technical Leadership: Mentor staff engineers, provide architectural guidance, and influence teams without direct authority.
Operational Excellence: Optimize pipelines for performance, reliability, and availability.
Modernization: Transition legacy systems to composable, event-driven, agent-aware architectures.
