What Success Looks Like In This Role
- Lead the client implementation related testing activities.
- Lead the automation testing activities for client implementations.
- Develops test strategy for client implementations.
- May be required to work on flexible timings whenever required.
- Defines testing requirements.
- Contributes to architecture / design reviews.
- Designs, develops and executes test plans including performance testing.
- Develops, enhances and maintains well-formed and scalable test frameworks.
- Writes high quality documentation, identifying and recommending solutions to observed issues.
- Evaluates new feature impact on existing tests; evaluates feasibility of new feature testing.
- Identifies, recommends and implements process improvements to enhance testing strategies.
- Supports team members in writing of scripts, expected results, test results and defect descriptions. Prepares and estimates effort and timeline and prepares an overall test plan.
- Provides regular status update for self / team to lead / manager.
- Assists in creation of training / upskilling plan for less experienced resources.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
