Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer with a strong background in Playwright and Python to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality delivery through the implementation of robust test automation strategies.

Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with Python (and C# where applicable).

. Implement and enhance BDD frameworks (e.g., Pytest-BDD, Cucumber, SpecFlow, Reqnroll).

. Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

. Perform API-level automation and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

. Mentor and guide QA engineers (manual and automation) on best practices.

. Analyse test results, identify defects, and drive timely resolution.

. Extend and optimise automation frameworks and tools as needed.

. Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and quality goals.
