It focuses on automating provisioning, configuration, and management of IT resources such as servers, networks, firewall and voice systems. You'll be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team at Koch Capabilities, collaborating across engineering, IT, and business functions to build scalable, observable, and resilient systems that support Koch's global operations.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows for provisioning servers, voice, and network resources.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
- Automate configuration of operating systems, middleware, and application environments.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards through automated checks.
- Build automated health checks and self-healing mechanisms for infrastructure.
- Optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs through automation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and workflows.
- Train team members on automation best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with SMEs and participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, story point estimation).
- Orchestrate complex tasks and integrate external systems using ServiceNow ITSM.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab).
- Good understanding of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS).

- Basic understanding of Django framework.
