Senior Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain a centralized automation infrastructure supporting multiple development teams.
• Build scalable frameworks for various testing types, including functional, performance, and integration testing.
• Implement and manage CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions to enable reliable, automated quality checks.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and monitoring systems to visualize quality metrics like test coverage, performance trends, and build stability.
• Act as a subject matter expert in automation infrastructure, advising teams on best practices and testing methodologies.
• Create automated systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Mentor and guide development and DevOps teams to effectively adopt quality automation processes.
• Analyze customer production environments to replicate large-scale, realistic testing scenarios for validating platform performance and stability.
