About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with strong automation testing experience across API and Web UI for fintech products. You'll work with modern tools like REST Assured, Playwright, and Cucumber, and help adopt AI-powered testing tools to improve quality and speed.
What You'll Do
- Automate backend API tests using REST Assured
- Automate web UI tests using Playwright
- Create and maintain Cucumber BDD feature files
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile/Scrum
- Use or evaluate AI-driven testing tools for smarter test execution and analysis
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in QA / Automation Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- REST Assured
- Playwright
- Cucumber (BDD)
- Programming experience in Java or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
AI in Test Automation (Strong Plus)
- Exposure to AI-powered testing tools, such as:
- Applitools (Visual AI testing)
- Mabl, Functionize, Test.ai
- ReportPortal (AI-based test analytics)
- Understanding of:
- Self-healing automation
- Intelligent test prioritization
- AI-assisted failure analysis
Nice to Have
- Fintech / Banking domain experience
- Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Performance or security testing exposure
